The 2022 Spring Servicer Summit was a success. Thank you so much to all the Legal League 100 attorneys, servicers, and default servicing professionals from around the country that joined us at the historic Joule Hotel in Dallas, TX.
The summit featured two topical tracks, one for bankruptcy and one for foreclosure. Within each track, there were three table talk sessions led by industry experts. Attendees were free to attend any table talk session throughout the day and were also encouraged to contribute with questions or expertise as relevant. The afternoon featured a fireside chat between the LL100 Chair and Vice-Chair, a lively panel discussion regarding trending litigation topics, and wrapped up with a cocktail hour where the attorneys and servicers were able to connect over the things discussed throughout the day. With bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure topics on the agenda, there was plenty to wrap over.
In addition to the day of education and insights, the LL100 was proud to launch our first Servicer Certification Course, taught in person by the elite attorneys of the LL100. Held the day before the Spring Summit in the hours leading up to our Opening Reception, servicers came for education and training to ensure they are fully equipped to handle the increased workloads coming our way.
The summit provided the perfect platform for important discussions about changes, nuances, and legislation on the horizon that will impact our industry. Some of these conversations will resume at the Fall Servicer Summit, coming to Dallas, TX as part of the Five Star Conference and Expo, September 18-20, 2022.
