LeAnn Covey has been with Clunk Hoose Company LPA since 2003, first as Paralegal, and then as an Attorney when she passed the bar in 2008. She works in the firm’s Ohio office. Covey currently heads the Bankruptcy Department, a position that she has held since 2010, and routinely practices in the federal courts of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
She is also the current Director of Policy and Compliance at the firm, and enjoys working directly with clients to meet their needs and expectations. During her time at the firm, Covey has had the opportunity to work in many departments, and has experience with foreclosure, litigation, loss mitigation, and collections.
She has spoken on various foreclosure and bankruptcy topics locally in Ohio, and at national conferences. Covey is an active member of her community and currently serves on the board of trustees for her local theater company, Stow Players, as its President and as a member of the Stow Arts Commission. She also enjoys coaching students in speech-related competition events, and volunteers her time with the Stow-Munroe Falls High School speech and debate team.
