Christian Savio is a partner in the firm focusing his practice in the areas of real estate, title, and bankruptcy. Christian is a former in-house litigation counsel to the largest title insurance underwriter, Fidelity National Title. Christian’s diverse background in litigating a variety of areas such as title litigation, bankruptcy disputes, real estate and commercial litigation provides him the experience and knowledge to manage all aspects involving creditor’s rights in the foreclosure arena. Christian is a proven trial litigator having received several high six figure jury verdicts and seven figure settlements for his clients. Christian has been named a “Rising Star” in both bankruptcy and business litigation areas for the past six years in a row (2014-2020) by Florida Super Lawyers magazine – an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state young lawyers.
