Jane Bond is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Florida Litigation Group. She has over 30 years’ litigation experience, with 27 years specifically devoted to business and real estate litigation involving the mortgage lending and servicing industries.
Her experience leads to frequently speaking at training seminars, conferences, and continuing legal education courses on real property issues. Bond continues to share her knowledge by authoring several articles regarding real estate litigation and related topics.
